Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
TeamHabit is an early beta product. This page explains, in plain language, what information we store and how we use it. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice, and it may change as the product develops.
What we store
To make the app work, we store:
- Account details: your email address (used for login and account recovery), display name, chosen avatar and language.
- Product data you create: habits, goals, teams, challenges, progress logs, XP and streaks.
- Basic usage analytics (only if enabled) to understand which features are used and to fix problems. We do not sell your data.
Please don't store sensitive information
TeamHabit is a beta habit tracker, not a secure vault. Please do not put sensitive personal information — such as health diagnoses, financial details, passwords, or government identifiers — into habit names, notes, goals or team content. Keep entries general (e.g. “Morning run”, “Read 20 pages”).
Where your data lives
Data is stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. Access is protected by row-level security, so you can only read and change your own data and the shared data of teams you belong to.
Your controls
You can edit or delete your habits, goals, teams and other content directly in the app at any time. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, email us and we will remove it, normally within 48 hours.
