These terms cover your use of TeamHabit during its early beta. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written in plain language and may change as the product develops.
Beta product — expect change
TeamHabit is under active development and is provided “as is”. Features may change, break or be removed, and we cannot guarantee uptime. Because this is a beta, data may occasionally be lost, and we may reset data before the public launch. Please don’t rely on TeamHabit as your only record of anything important.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to use online services in your country (at least 13, or older where local law requires). Provide accurate information when signing up.
Acceptable use
When using TeamHabit and its team features, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights;
- upload harmful, abusive, hateful or illegal content, including in team and challenge names;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- harass or mistreat other members of your teams.
No warranty & liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TeamHabit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from use of a beta product. Your use is at your own risk.
Suspension & termination
You can stop using TeamHabit and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or these terms, especially where other members are affected.
